Our rooms have king size handmade brass or iron beds. As standard all our rooms have a flat screen digital TV, radio alarm clock, your own fridge with fresh milk and filtered bottled water. Each room has a hair dryer, shoe polishing kit and extra pillows and throws. Our drinks tray will have coffee (& decaf) individually wrapped tea bags (& decaf) also honey, and red bush tea. Not forgetting hot chocolate. Our en-suite wet rooms have choice of shower head position, either an over head rose or an angled hand shower and heated towel rails. To maximize the view each room has a Juliet balcony.
A double room with two people sharing is £80 per night.
Single occupancy has a 25% discount.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am. 
We are a strictly NON SMOKING premises
A deposit will be required when making a booking, confirmation in writing is required. Email bookings confirmations can be made, Only return email confirmation from St Cuthberts guarantees the booking. The deposit is 50% of your first nights stay.

Cancellations:
If the cancellation is made 28 days before arrival date your deposit will be refunded in full. If however the cancellation is made with in the 28 day period, we will only be able to refund the deposit if we are able to re-let the room. We are unable to take credit or debit cards.
